This weekend’s Seattle Times article highlights why buyers continue to gravitate to Issaquah, praising its “top-rated schools, easy access to downtown Seattle via I-90, and the surrounding Issaquah Alps.” One buyer put it simply: it’s “far enough from the city that I feel like I’m not in Seattle, but it’s also accessible enough.”

That balance is exactly why we built Towns on 7th and why we're excited to now be selling these homes.
